Jenna Farris Goode
JFG is now Core Collective Broad
Jenna is Pilates Method Alliance Nationally Certified Teacher who has been practicing Pilates since 1999. After earning a degree in Sociology from the College of Charleston, she began her studies at the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy.
She found that the muscle function and rehabilitative aspects of movement interested her most. After completing coursework, she began pre-certification at Earthling Pilates studio in Charleston. Jenna went on to finish her 700-hour coursework through Ellie Herman Studios in 2005.
Jenna built her program with the goal to meet each client where they are & to implement a movement program they can sustain for life.
Jenna believes the foundations of Pilates, including whole-body movement, breath, control & centering, should translate into other forms of exercise, sports & daily life. Jenna has worked with a variety of ages, abilities & backgrounds from teens, to seniors, pro athletes, & everyone in between. She built her program with the goal to meet each client where they are & to implement a movement program they can sustain for life.
The basis for her programming is to consider the whole body & to increase ease & efficiency. She has expanded her love for sharing the Pilates method by creating the JFG Pilates apprentice & teacher training program & founding Core Collective Broad.
